We are seeking a  Behavior Technician (BT) to provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to grow in the field of behavioral health.

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as designed by the BCBA
• Collect and record data accurately during sessions
• Assist in behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs and families
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• CPR Certified
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, patient, and eager to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from session locations
