At Centers of Excellence, we believe in providing high-quality, assent-based Applied Behavioral Analysis services. We use our expertise to help children improve their functional communication, focus, social skills, academics, and behaviors. Jonathan Williams, M.A. BCBA
Jonathan is the head of the ABA clinical team. Jon originally pursued a career in music, but after taking a job in a special needs school specializing with Autism, he found a passion in watching the growth his students were making in the classroom and outside. Jon ending up going back to school pursing a bachelors degree at USF and continuing on to gain his Master's of ABA at Ball State University, while working in an ABA clinic. Now, a BCBA of over 6 years, and having worked in the ABA field for nearly a decade across multiple settings, he comes with plenty of experience and passion for the field. His main passions are teaching communication skills, developing overall language and knowledge, and independence skills such as hygiene and toileting. Jon is also a certified Safety Care Trainer, specializing in de-escalation of behaviors and training others how to do so safely and effectively.
