• Design and oversee individualized ABA therapy plans
• Supervise and mentor BCABAs,  RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and professionals
• Conduct functional assessments and behavior analyses
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed

• Active BCBA Certification (BACB in good standing)
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
•  Experience working with children with autism (required)
• Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
