• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• Assist BCBAs in developing and overseeing treatment plans
• Conduct direct therapy sessions as needed
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams

•  Active BCaBA Certification (in good standing with the BACB)
• Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
•  Experience with ABA and working with children
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload
• CPR Certified
